Fixed tags to be applied

A fixed tag is a pre-defined word or phrase that you would like to be applied as a tag to all orders when they match the criteria in your workflow.

Within the workflow, you can define one or more fixed tags to be applied to your order. They are called fixed tags because the tag names will not change. They are pre-defined regardless of the order data and therefore, if all of the criteria within the workflow are met, those tags will be applied to the order.

Defining fixed tags in the workflow

Adding tags when the workflow matches is a step within the workflow. The first section within this step is titled FIXED TAGS TO BE APPLIED. This is where you define the fixed tags.

To create a fixed tag, simply enter the name of the tag into the text box and then click the Add fixed tag button:

Add as many fixed tags as you need.
