Tag orders when all products ordered are in stock at a specific location and can be fulfilled
This criteria will check all items in the order to see if they can be fulfilled from a specific location.
This is particularly useful when looking to push entire orders through to a specific fulfillment center, as it will ignore the fulfillment location that has been allocated to it by Shopify.
Please Note:
This criteria will not make any changes to the allocated fulfillment location.
This criteria will take into consideration that the location specified may be different to the fulfillment location that is automatically assigned by Shopify.
How to use the criteria
To create a workflow using this criteria, click on the Create New workflow button from the main Workflows view:

The All products ordered are in stock at a specific location and can be fulfilled criteria can be found within the Fulfillment category in the Select criteria pop-up window:
Click the Use in your workflow button on the right to select this criteria.
Select the location you'd like the criteria to use from the dropdown list of locations:
There is one further configurable option within the criteria. You can select whether or not items that are not tracked by Shopify should be assumed as in stock or out of stock when analysing the order:
Fixed tags
Choose the name of the tag that you'd like to be applied to all orders that match this workflow and enter it into the Add tags when the workflow matches section. In this example we have used the tag Pick and Pack:
Remember to click on the Add fixed tag button.
It's worth giving your workflow a name to help you identify it at a later date, so add a workflow name in the New Workflow section.
Check the summary of your workflow and if happy, either test this workflow against an existing order or hit Save:
Once saved, each new order will be checked to see if all of the products are in stock and can be fulfilled from the location that you have specified. If they are, then the order will be tagged with the name of the fixed tag that you have selected.
Backdating
This criteria will work with our Backdating service, however, it will check the inventory levels of each product at your specified location as they currently stand and not the inventory levels at the time that the order was placed.
Dynamic Tagging
This criteria is not available as a Dynamic Tag.
