Applying tags if a workflow DOES NOT match
The workflow builder allows you to quickly and easily create a set of workflows based on the conditions of one or more criteria.
What has not always been easy, however, is creating a contrasting workflow to apply tags when the conditions of a workflow have not been met.
With the Adding tags when the workflow DOES NOT match option, you can now specify one or more tags that should be applied to customers if the workflow does not match the order:
This option can be found at the bottom of the workflow builder.
Will this work with scheduled tag removal?
Yes, any tags applied by this workflow, whether it is due to the workflow matching or not matching, will be removed if you configure scheduled tag removals option within the workflow builder.
Will this work with backdating?
Yes, this feature works with backdating.
