How can I tune the map size and styles?

By default, Shipping Rates Calculator+ displays a map showing the shipping destination:

We can tune the styles of this map from the 'Map preferences section':

Particularly, we can choose the map width and height and add some additional CSS styles.

Please note that map width will only be set for desktop devices, as on mobile view, the map is displayed full width.
