Autohide Location Form

If you don't want the collapsible feature of the location form in the Shipping Rates Calculator+ app, there is an option that allows you to always display the location form.

This can be found through the app preferences page in the Visual preferences on the Location section preferences:

By default, the location form is collapsible, but if the setting is unchecked, it will be displayed like below:
