How to view all unfulfilled orders from the same Customer

If you're looking to reduce the number of times you ship multiple packages to the same Customer in the same fulfillment run, then we provide a quick and easy way to check if the order you're looking at has other unfulfilled orders for the same customer. Here's how it works.

When viewing an order, click on the More actions option at the top of the order view.

Navigate down to the option that says  Unfulfilled orders for this customer.

This will then take you to a filtered view of all unfulfilled orders for that customer:

That's it! you can now group these two orders together and ship in one package to the customer, rather than in two separate boxes!
