Workflow Criteria

Customer Tagger has a wide range of criteria that can be used to build complex workflows. Workflows can have single or multiple criteria and most criteria allow you to specify further conditions related to the value of data within an order or the customer themselves.

If an order matches all of the conditions in the criteria that you have specified, then the order will match the workflow and the associated fixed or dynamic tags will be applied to the customer.

Below is a list of the current criteria that can be selected within the workflow builder:

Fulfillment

Allocated Order Fulfillment Locations(s)
Order has more than one fulfillment location allocated
Order has only one fulfillment location

Shipping carrier used for manual fulfillments
All products ordered are in stock and can be fulfilled
Order Fulfilled Locations(s)
Fulfillment Status
Fulfillment tracking number
All of the items ordered use Shopify inventory tracking
None of the items ordered use Shopify inventory tracking

Order

Order attributes (Additional details)
Order attributes (Additional details) contains a date value you would like to reformat
Line item properties

Quantity of products with a certain Vendor in the order
Quantity of products of a certain product type in the order
Product tags contained in the order
Product SKUs contained in the order
Products in the order
Inventory quantity of the products ordered
Inventory quantity of the products ordered at a specified location
Product type contained in the order
Product variants in the order

Billing

Billing address phone number
Billing address fields (address1, address2, city, company)
Country (and optional province) in the billing address
Outward Code of the billing postcode (UK postcodes only)
Zip Code/Postcode used in the billing address

Shipping

Store pickup location used for the order
Shipping option used for the order
Shipping address phone number
Country (and optional province) in the shipping address
Zip Code/Postcode used in the shipping address
Carrier service used for the order
New Zealand State used in the shipping address
Shipping address fields (address1. address2, city, company)
Outward Code for the shipping postcode (UK postcodes only)
UK country used in the shipping address
US State used in the shipping address

Customer

Customer has other unfulfilled/partially fulfilled orders
Order is the customers first
Customer name does not match Shipping Address name
Customers total number of orders
Customer tags
Customers total spend
Customers marketing preferences
Customer email address
Customers name
Customers previous orders are tagged with/not tagged with

Others

Staff Member's User ID
UTM Parameters from the order
Referring site
Fraud/Risk level of the order
Order day of the week
No tags are being applied by other workflows
Time the order was created

Zapiet deliver/pickup date order attribute
